Hear what current therapists at Life Connections say about working for this passionate company.

Life Connections has been the most flexible employer I have worked with since entering the social work profession. I enjoy the freedom of making my own schedule and managing my own caseload.

– Courtney Hickson, Therapist at Life Connections in Maquoketa, Iowa

I love being able to provide mental health treatment in underserved rural communities, many of which I grew up around! Life Connections is unique in that we operate like a group practice with agency support! I love the flexibility and autonomy we have over our schedules the most! We also have a lot of fluidity, meaning that providers can move around within the company in order to find what they are most passionate about!

– Erin Aude, Therapist at Life Connections in Clinton, Iowa.

I love working at Life Connections due to the amount of support I receive, the flexibility of creating our own schedules, and the focus on work-life balance. The fact that management is so family-focused has been incredibly helpful for my personal-life as I navigate motherhood and being a foster-parent. I feel so blessed to be a part of the LC family!
