About Courtney Hickson, LMSW

Courtney has been a therapist with Life Connections since February of 2021. Courtney graduated from Clarke University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2015, followed by a Master of Social Work degree in 2016. Courtney worked as a school social worker before transitioning to school-based therapy.

Courtney uses CBT, person-centered, and mindfulness therapy approaches. Courtney has experience working with families and children who have been impacted by trauma and working with children with severe behavioral concerns in the home and school settings.
